
Ingredients.
Wet
- Almond Milk 200ml
- Maple Syrup 1 tbsp
- Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
Dry
- Spelt Flour 140 g
- Baking Powder 1.5 tsp
- Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
Method.
- Mix wet ingredients.
2. Mix dry ingredients.
3. Mix together.
4. Add oil to the pan and allow to coat the base.
4. Pan fry each pancake (5 inch circles per pancake) on a medium heat until golden flipping to ensure each side is cooked through. Cool on a wire rack. Package extras in tupperware with parchment and store in the fridge.
