I use the best quality ingredients to ensure that all of my treats contain the maximum nutritional content. As a food scientist and having worked in the natural health industry for ten years my passion is food, nutrition and health. You’ll find sweeteners like maple syrup, coconut sugar and fruit, dairy free options a plenty and made with ingredients free from gluten as much as possible to cater for free from and vegan diets. And, of course, lots and lots of the best quality Callebaut chocolate.
