
Makes 6 Brownies in Heart Shaped Silicone Mold. Double up to make 12 Brownies.
Ingredients.
Base.
- Walnuts 150 g
- 70% Chocolate Callets 97.5 g
- Dates 75 g
- Ground Almonds 25 g
- Almond Butter 26 g
- Cocoa Powder 19 g
- Vanilla Extract ½ tsp
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Topping.
- Pecans 7.5 g
Method.
- Pulse ground almonds, walnuts, cocoa
powder and salt in a food processor. - Add in dates, almond butter and vanilla and pulse again.
- Add in chocolate drops and pulse again.
- Press into molds and pop two pecan pieces on top of each
brownie. Set in the fridge.
